A sail is a tensioned structure, not a sheet... fixing points come first, fabric is made to suit.

Never flat: we design sails with opposing high and low corners — the "hypar" twist. It tensions the fabric properly, sheds water, and stops the sag-and-flap that kills cheap sails.
